AUTOMATIC TYRE CHANGER having clamping capacity from 14” to 26” conceived to handle truck or bus tubeless or inner tube tyres having maximum diameter of 1500 mm (59”) and maximum width of 780 mm (30,5”).

Equipped with a wide wheel support platform, TECO 540 S performs a 1-speed automatic traversing of the self-centering chuck and it is equipped with automatic lifting and 1-speed translation of the tool-holder arm simultaneous to chuck traversing movement.

AUTOMATION LEVEL «S» VERSION

AUTOMATIC TRANSLATIONAL MOVEMENT of the tool-holder carriage and HYDRAULIC LIFTING of the tool-holder arm controlled by the on-purpose control unit. The rotation of the tools is MANUALLY achieved through an on-purpose unlocking pedal.

SELF-CENTERING CHUCK

The hydraulic chuck locks grooved and split ring rims from 14” to 26” and it performs a 2-speed rotation in both directions and a 1-speed AUTOMATIC TRANSLATION controlled by the on-purpose control unit SIMULTANEOUS to tool-arm traversing movement.
